Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in new condition, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted for return.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at help@gadgetduke.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide you with return instructions and, for domestic orders, a prepaid shipping label.

Return Shipping

United States: A flat return shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

International: International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The $6.99 return shipping fee (domestic orders) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased on final sale or clearance
• Gift cards
